A recent interesting article by Nikos Karagiannis in Ypodomes.com highlighted the urgent need for continuous maintenance and upgrading of the country’s ageing infrastructure to keep it functional and safe. in the article, he also points to its lack of resilience at a time when extreme weather events and other major degradation factors are becoming more frequent.
